Warehouse Workers – Employment-Based TRC

Job Position Details

We are hiring warehouse workers for a long-term employment project in Lithuania with a Temporary Residence Card (TRC) for 2–3 years. 150 positions in different cities, experience is not required for all positions. Accommodation, meals and local work transport are provided. Men and women aged 20–60 are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Packing and sorting products
• Order preparation and picking
• Stock handling and basic warehouse operations
• Receiving, moving and preparing goods for dispatch
• Loading / unloading assistance where required
• Maintaining workplace order and cleanliness

Compensation & Benefits:

• From EUR 1,700 net per month
• Overtime according to Lithuanian labour law and the contract
• Accommodation and meals provided

Candidate Requirements:

• Men and women aged 20–60
• Experience is not required for all positions
• Physical fitness and readiness for standing / manual work
• Reliability, punctuality and ability to follow instructions
• Compliance with workplace safety procedures

Visa Process:
