Waiter/waitress – Employer Registration

Job Position Details

We are hiring waiters and waitresses for full-time work in hotels in Serbia. Official employment, free accommodation and full visa support. Responsible, motivated and hardworking candidates aged 18–60 are welcome. Previous hospitality experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing tables and service areas • Welcoming guests and taking orders • Serving food and beverages • Clearing and resetting tables • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace • Cooperating with kitchen and reception staff

Compensation & Benefits:

• From 83,000 RSD (~€710) per month, net • Overtime, night shifts and holidays paid additionally • Free accommodation provided by the employer • Free transport between accommodation and workplace (if needed) • Official employment and stable monthly payments

Candidate Requirements:

• Age: 18–60, men and women • Responsible and polite attitude • Good communication skills and teamwork • Hospitality experience is an advantage • Willingness to learn and work

Visa Process:

• Stage 1: Advance payment €800, we transfer your data for processing • Stage 2: Documents ready, you receive blurred copies as confirmation, pay the remaining €800 and get the full package • Stage 3: You sign the contract and send a scan, the employer completes registration • Visa stamping at the Serbian consulate in your country (consular fee included) • For stamping bring: printed employer screenshots, signed documents, valid PCC, sworn Serbian translation of education documents • Consulate may also request: medical insurance, flight tickets, bank statement
