Job Position Details
We are looking for motivated candidates to join construction and site maintenance projects across Serbia. The position includes general construction support, site cleaning and hygiene, as well as transportation of construction materials and staff, depending on the assigned role. Previous experience is not required, except for the driving position. Official full-time employment is provided under Serbian labour legislation.
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting with interior finishing works and performing basic construction, preparation and maintenance tasks.
• Cleaning and maintaining hygiene on construction sites, including keeping work areas organized and safe.
• Transporting construction materials and employees between worksites and residences for candidates assigned to the driver position.
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: 464 RSD net/hour, minimum 168 working hours per month
