Job Position Details

We are hiring general construction workers and construction helpers for full-time work at construction sites in Serbia. Official employment with employer registration, free accommodation and full visa support. Men aged 18–60 are welcome; construction experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• General construction and auxiliary work • Preparing and cleaning construction sites • Loading, unloading and moving construction materials • Assisting skilled workers (bricklayers, plasterers, tilers, painters, etc.) • Supplying materials, tools and equipment; helping with basic construction and finishing work • Removing construction waste and debris • Following workplace safety regulations

Compensation & Benefits:

• From 83,000 RSD (~€710) per month, net • Overtime, night shifts and holidays paid additionally • Free accommodation provided by the employer • Free transport between accommodation and workplace (if needed) • Official employment, stable monthly payments, regular work

Candidate Requirements:

• Men aged 18–60 • Construction experience is an advantage, not mandatory • Good physical condition • Responsible attitude and teamwork • Willingness to perform physical work • Ability to follow safety instructions

Visa Process:

• Stage 1: Advance payment €800, we transfer your data for processing • Stage 2: Documents ready, you receive blurred copies as confirmation, pay the remaining €800 and get the full package • Stage 3: You sign the contract and send a scan, the employer completes registration in their system • Visa stamping at the Serbian consulate in your country (consular fee included) • For stamping bring: printed employer screenshots, signed documents, valid PCC, sworn Serbian translation of education documents • Consulate may also request: medical insurance, flight tickets, bank statement

From 83,000 RSD (approx. €710) per month, net Higher earnings possible: overtime, night shifts, public holidays and additional hours (per Serbian labour law) 40 hours per week, schedule depends on the employer's needs; overtime paid additionally
Work visa with official registration by the employer in Serbia. Visa issued for 180 days, stamping at the Serbian consulate in the candidate's country. Employer assists with Temporary Residence Permit (TRP) for 1–3 years with possibility of extension. Official employment contract. Document preparation 1–2 weeks, registration & visa processing 1–3 months, visa issuance up to 45 days.
Passport (valid 3+ months beyond visa expiry), passport photo, completed application form, Police Clearance Certificate (PCC), education documents translated into Serbian and apostilled. Employer provides: work permit, employment contract, job invitation letter, PPZ (labour market test), registration and appointment screenshots.
