Finishing Worker – Plastering & Painting (Qualified Specialists)

Job Position Details

We are looking for skilled and experienced finishing workers to join our international construction team. The position combines plastering and painting works for interior and exterior surfaces on residential, commercial and other construction projects. The role includes preparing surfaces for finishing, including cleaning, filling, sanding and levelling, as well as mixing and applying plaster materials. Candidates will also be responsible for applying primers, paints and other coatings using professional brushes, rollers, spray equipment and other tools. The work may also include repairing damaged surfaces, installing reinforcement mesh where required, and ensuring that all finished surfaces meet the required quality and appearance standards. Candidates should be able to work accurately and independently while following technical instructions and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing tasks according to safety protocols
• Preparation of interior and exterior surfaces, including cleaning, filling, sanding and levelling.
• Plastering and painting works, including mixing and applying plaster, primers and coatings.
• Repairing damaged surfaces, installing reinforcement mesh where required, and ensuring a high-quality finish.

Official German employment contract with social insurance, paid annual leave and full-time employment (40 hours/week). Visa and employment documents are processed under §19c Abs. 2 AufenthG + §6 BeschV. Free accommodation is provided for the duration of employment, with possible contract extension.

Valid passport, relevant professional qualification certificate/diploma, and documentary proof of relevant work experience. Additional technical certificates or documents confirming skills may be required depending on the position. Candidates are responsible for providing sufficient documentary evidence of their professional qualification and relevant work experience.
