Drywall Installer & Interior Finisher (Trockenbauer) (Qualified Specialists)

Job Position Details
We are looking for qualified and experienced Drywall Installers / Trockenbauers to join construction and interior finishing projects in Germany. Candidates must have a relevant professional qualification and proven practical experience in drywall installation, partition walls, suspended ceilings and metal framing. The role requires accuracy in measuring, cutting and fitting materials, as well as skills in joint filling and surface preparation.
Key Responsibilities
• Installing drywall systems, gypsum boards, partition walls and suspended ceilings according to technical requirements.
• Installing metal profiles, supporting frames and insulation materials, including measuring, cutting and fitting components.
• Filling joints, preparing surfaces and ensuring accurate, high-quality finishing of drywall structures.
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: From €3,850 gross/month, excluding overtime.
• Additional earnings for overtime, night shifts, Sundays and public holidays.
• Free accommodation provided by the employer with no deductions from salary.
• Work clothing, PPE, tools, equipment and workplace safety instruction provided.
Stage 1: Document Audit
Personal candidate dossier pre-check, notarized sworn translations, and bilateral apostille certification.
Stage 2: Ministry Filing
Submission of formal employer petition to the Ministry of Labor and Work Permit clearance issuance.
Stage 3: Consular Visa D
Biometric interview appointment scheduling and direct national employment visa stamp issuance.
