Job Position Details

We are recruiting workers for seasonal employment in the Czech Republic in construction, reinforcement and greenhouse projects. Construction positions include tiling, plastering, facade insulation and decorative finishing, while rebar workers perform reinforcement installation and tying. Greenhouse workers are responsible for basic plant care, harvesting and preparation of vegetables and flowers for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Construction: Laying tiles, applying and levelling plaster, preparing surfaces, insulating facades and performing decorative finishing works.
• Rebar Work: Tying and installing reinforcement structures, cutting and fixing metal elements, and working according to technical requirements and safety standards.
• Greenhouse Work: Cutting and preparing crops, cleaning flowers and vegetables for shipment, handling plants carefully and maintaining a clean workspace.

Construction Workers - 180–220 CZK/hour (~€7.30–9/hour, depending on experience) Greenhouse Workers - 120 CZK/hour (~24,000–28,800 CZK/month, ~€985–1,180/month for 20 working days (possibility to work up to 300 hours per month) Rebar Tying Workers - 180 CZK/hour during training; 200–230 CZK/hour after training; • Overtime work is possible.

Seasonal work documents are available for 180 or 270 days. The employer provides a work permit (ROZHODNUTÍ), employment contract (PRACOVNÍ SMLOUVA) and accommodation confirmation. Contract duration depends on the project, visa or work permit conditions, with extension possible where applicable.

Foreign passport scan including the bio page and all entry/exit stamps, plus the required validity date of the invitation. For the seasonal work document process, the candidate must provide the requested documents before processing begins.
