Job Position Details

We are hiring couriers and delivery workers in Skopje, North Macedonia. Official full-time employment for 12 months with a possibility of extension and temporary residence for the period of the contract. Previous courier experience is an advantage, but not mandatory. Men aged 18–50 are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering sketches, documents, materials and finished products to clients and partners
• Transporting company materials between work locations and clients
• Providing logistical support for the employer's business activities
• Handling transported materials safely and carefully
• Communicating with clients and following supervisor instructions
• Assisting with other delivery and logistics duties when required

Compensation & Benefits:

• 49,000 MKD (approx. €800) net per month
• Extra pay for overtime, night work and public holidays
• Salary paid monthly, by the 10th of the following month
• Official full-time employment
• Paid leave as provided by law
• Social and health insurance registration
• Work clothing and equipment supplied by the employer
• Accommodation arranged in Skopje at the employee's expense: rent 5,000 MKD/month (≈ €80), deposit 10,000 MKD (≈ €160), utilities paid by the tenant

Visa Process:

You provide passport scans, the completed Order Brief and CV
Document preparation takes up to 6 weeks
Document delivery takes up to 2 weeks
You receive the visa document package: temporary residence decision, employment contract, offer letter, justification for employing a foreign national, power of attorney and apartment lease agreement
After arrival, the employer registers you for social and health insurance and supports the temporary residence procedure

Official full-time employment in North Macedonia under an employment contract for 12 months, with a possibility of extension. Temporary residence for the purpose of employment is granted for the period of the contract (1 year) by decision of the Ministry of Interior. The employer registers the employee for social and health insurance and provides administrative support with the temporary residence procedure. Document preparation up to 6 weeks, delivery up to 2 weeks. All authorisations are individual and subject to the relevant authorities.
