Construction Workers – Employment-Based TRC

Job Position Details

We are hiring construction workers for a long-term employment project in Lithuania with a Temporary Residence Card (TRC) for 2–3 years. 100 positions in different cities, both skilled trades and helpers. Accommodation, meals and local work transport are provided. Men aged 20–60 are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• General construction and site-support work
• Concrete, formwork, reinforcement or installation work according to trade
• Assisting qualified workers (for helper positions)
• Following site procedures, instructions and safety requirements

Compensation & Benefits:

• From EUR 2,500 net per month
• Overtime according to Lithuanian labour law and the contract

Candidate Requirements:

• Men aged 20–60
• Construction experience preferred; may be mandatory for skilled roles
• Certificates, diplomas or proof of experience may be requested
• Physically fit for the assigned job
• Work photos or practical videos may be requested for technical roles

Visa Process:
