Job Position Details

We are hiring cleaning, housekeeping and service workers for a long-term employment project in Lithuania with a Temporary Residence Card (TRC) for 2–3 years. 100 positions in hotels, offices and service companies in different cities, no experience required for general roles. Accommodation, meals and local work transport are provided. Men and women aged 20–60 are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning rooms, workplaces and common areas • Housekeeping and room preparation • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards • Supporting hotel, hospitality or service staff • General service / auxiliary duties according to workplace

Available Positions:

• Cleaning Worker / General Cleaner • Hotel Cleaning / Housekeeping Worker • Hospitality Support Worker • Service Worker • Office Support / Cleaning Support • Other general service positions

Compensation & Benefits:

• From EUR 1,800 net per month • Overtime according to Lithuanian labour law and the contract • Accommodation and meals provided • Local work-related transport provided • Insurance and occupational safety according to Lithuanian requirements • Long-term TRC project, 2–3 years

Candidate Requirements:

• Men and women aged 20–60 • High-level qualifications generally not required for general roles • Good personal hygiene and attention to detail • Reliability and readiness to follow workplace standards • Basic communication ability according to role requirements • Physical ability to perform the assigned work

Visa Process:

• Candidate verification • Employer approval • Employer documents • MIGRIS / mediation letter • TRC application and appointment • Arrival in Lithuania and residence card • Timelines and decisions depend on the competent Lithuanian authorities

Contract & Location:
