Builder – Residential and Utility Complex

Job Position Details
We are hiring builders for a residential and utility complex in Montenegro. Official invitation and employment contract for 1 year, type D work visa and residence permit support. Accommodation and work clothing provided. No experience required. Men and women aged 20–45 are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
• Repairing emergency issues (breaks, blockages) in internal and external water supply and sewage systems
• Repairing minor exterior building damage (restoring plaster, painting cracks, local insulation repair)
• Installing, dismantling and repairing landscaping elements (benches, bins, fences, playground equipment)
• Complying with occupational safety rules and using personal protective equipment
• Maintaining safety and cleanliness in the work area
Compensation & Benefits:
• $600–$800 (approx. €515–€690) per month
• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Accommodation provided by the employer
• Work clothing provided by the employer
• Meals not provided
• Official employment contract for 1 year
Candidate Requirements:
• Men and women aged 20–45
• No experience required
• English level A2+

Visa Process:
• Stage 1: Advance payment €450, we submit your data for processing
• Stage 2: Documents ready (2–4 weeks), you receive a stamped confirmation scan and pay the remaining €450
• You obtain a short-term type D work visa (stay up to 90 days)
• Police registration within 24 hours of arrival at your place of residence
• Residence permit for 1 year (extendable up to 2 more years), applied for by the employer in the first 1–3 months; processing 40–60 working days
