International Truck Driver (C+E) in Poland: Official Employment and Help With Code 95
Poland is one of Europe’s largest road-transport markets, and carriers there keep looking for drivers on international routes. We are recruiting drivers with a Category C+E licence for an official employment contract in Poland, with a base in Białystok or Łuków and routes across Western Europe.
The job
Drivers work heavy goods vehicles on international routes through Germany, France, Belgium and other EU countries. Duties include driving cargo safely and on schedule, securing and checking cargo, completing transport documents, daily vehicle checks and keeping the truck clean and in good technical condition, all within EU driving and rest-time rules. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with weekends off.
Main advantages
- Official employment under a Polish employment contract, with health insurance and ZUS social insurance
- A1 Posting Certificate provided for international transport
- Pay is calculated per day and paid for the full month, including weekends
- Free accommodation at the base (shared rooms for 2–4 people, separate rooms for married couples subject to availability, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, Wi-Fi where available)
- Transport provided; in France, a hotel is provided when an overnight stay is required
- No need to have Code 95 or a Driver Card before arrival
Code 95 and the Driver Card
Candidates applying from abroad do not need Code 95 or a Driver Card before arrival. They are obtained in Poland before work starts. After arrival the employer provides accommodation during the Code 95 training period, helps with medical examinations and with obtaining Code 95, and submits the online application for the Driver Card once the course is completed. The course takes about four weeks, and candidates should bring some personal funds for the first weeks before they start earning. If the employer sponsors the course, the training cost is reimbursed from pay over time; the exact terms are confirmed with the employer before the start.
Requirements
A valid Category C+E licence, a responsible attitude to work and the ability to follow EU driving and rest-time rules. Experience in international transport is an advantage.
How it works
The candidate sends scans of the passport (first page and pages with stamps), the C+E licence and a CV. We prepare the documents for the visa application, which usually takes one to two months. Final terms are confirmed directly with the employer before employment starts. Current offers and details: https://www.mnidealcompany.com/ General information, not a job offer or legal advice.
